BEEF, Lettuce, Tomato, that is…
I was supposed to host a small dinnerparty last night, but due to illness it had to be cancelled :-(
So here on the second day I’ve turned the leftovers into an amazing (if I am to say so myself) sandwich:
The garlic/chili/soy/applecider marinated beef is sandwiched in between homemade bread and spiced up with homemade pesto and ditto garlic-mayo…
YUMMY!
Oh… And I have a whole baking pan of tiramisu sitting in the fridge too *mmmmmmmmm*

I found out the har way, that tea is NOT good for you…
I was going to make a cuppa, but dropped the container onto the kitchen table with cuts on my hand and body to show for it…

Well… Not until tomorrow, but like the boyscouts: I’m prepared!

A bin for “regular rubbish”… Whatever that may be!?
That just leaves me pondering:
What’s “non-regular rubbish”?
And why’s there no bin for that?
Luckily I didn’t carry with me neither…

Rocky Road
Well it’s not so much a reference to the picture, as it is to the dessert:
Homemade Bounty bars and Rocky Road… Mmmmm chocolate *YUMMY*
And the road depicted in the photo might’ve been a bit rocky, but they got there and got the table assembled in the end!
And of course they’re all a bit excused if it was a rocky road, as it’s way past midnight and empty wine bottles!
But of course it HAD to be assembled that night… Brilliant party game :-D

Happy Birthday, Pt. I
Well, it’s not actually Maja’s birthday today, but it was celebrated with balloons, and presents and cakes and guests and whoopee cushions!
Actually I sadly had to cut it short, because I had to go to Jeanne’s birthday as well… Although it was also not HER birthday :-D
But a great day none the less :-)
The Future Bamse
It seems, that DR has nothing to worry about, once Søren Hauch-Fausbøll has to step down from the role of “Bamse”…
