BEEF, Lettuce, Tomato, that is…

I was supposed to host a small dinnerparty last night, but due to illness it had to be cancelled :-(

So here on the second day I’ve turned the leftovers into an amazing (if I am to say so myself) sandwich:

The garlic/chili/soy/applecider marinated beef is sandwiched in between homemade bread and spiced up with homemade pesto and ditto garlic-mayo…

YUMMY!

Oh… And I have a whole baking pan of tiramisu sitting in the fridge too *mmmmmmmmm*
