The best bread in the world, they say!
Well that goes to show, but I gave it a shot:
A bit of yeast (the size of a pea)
225 ml water
75 ml beer (lager)
1 tbsp vinegar
400 g flour
8 g salt
It doesn’t look like much, but in 12-18 hours it should be ready to fold, rest a little longer and THEN it should be ready to bake!
