I wanted to play around with some liquorice and that led to this dinner:

Pork tenderloin braised in red wine and rolled in a mix of liquorice root, fennel seeds and smokey salt. Served on a bed of carrot crème. Sprinkled with “Tyrkisk Peber”.

The pork braised for just too long and I think maybe the next time I should hold back a little on the liquorice mix, but all in all it was YUMMY :-)
